Shipping policy

In-stock orders are processed and shipped out the same business day from NYC, if the order is placed before 4pm Eastern Time ( Mon- Fri). Due to peak demand on all carriers during the holiday shopping period, please allow for longer delivery times. For example: ground delivery to California or Texas is be 6-7 business days from our shop in NYC.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you place order and after you receive your initial order confirmation, as we ship very quickly and cannot change the recipient's address after the order is tendered to UPS, DHL, or Fedex.  For any changes CALL 212-362-5400 immediately if you need to edit shipping info, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once order confirmation is sent out. 

Ground shipping is normally $9-$18, for domestic shipping. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped with no signature required. If the customer is shipping to an apartment building or an unsecured mailbox, please notify us that signature required delivery is necessary, additional charges will be applied.

We take no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at the customer's location. All customers who have items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at their address should file a claim with the carrier (e.g. UPS or DHL) directly, we will not issue a refund for lost or stolen items. 

Expedited or Express Deliveries will be at the customer's expense and can be chosen at checkout, rate will be determined by UPS and shown at checkout. Free shipping orders can be shipped UPS Ground Saver, Fedex Economy, or USPS, if you need a guaranteed delivery please choose and pay for an upgraded shipping method.

Shipping of all orders is subject to verification for security purposes.

UPS does not deliver to PO, APO/FPO addresses. All PO, APO/FPO and Canada addresses will be shipped via regular US Postal Service. For deliveries outside the US, customer will pay all shipping fees and duties with DHL. 

All customs and tax charges for shipments made to Canada will be paid by the customer.

Rates for International orders from Europe and Asia are shipped by DHL Worldwide, with rates determined at checkout. There may be a handling fee for these orders. Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may incur from import. No refunds of any kind for imports.
