Refund policy

All returns require a Return Authorization, we will not accept a return without a RA. To request an RA, email bigbagstore@gmail.com with order number and reason for return. 

We will only accept a return of unused merchandise (with any applicable accessories) in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of customer receipt. Merchandise must have been purchased from www.bigbagny.com directly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, it may take 3-10 business days to show on your account. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The refund amount will be the original purchase price less shipping charges. If order was shipped with free shipping, the original waived shipping fee will be collected in addition to any return charges. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method in a box (do not return in a soft mailer) to BIG BAG  - 134 West 72nd St, New York, NY 10023. If we provide you with a return label, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the final refund amount. All large multi-piece orders will be shipped with full insured value and insurance costs are nonrefundable.

Returns received over 30 days after the shipping date will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the retail price of the item. Any orders over $800 that are returned will have an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from original purchase price. Customer initiated chargebacks will delay refunds. Items returned by UPS "return to sender" will have an automatic 10% restocking fee in addition to the UPS $30 return to sender fee.

All sale items and evening bags are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. 

All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. 

Orders placed at the brick-and-mortar retail store "Big Bag" are subject to the return policy at the store and are not the responsibility of the website.
