We take no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at the customer's location. All customers who have items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at their address should file a claim with the carrier (e.g. UPS or DHL) directly, we will not issue a refund for lost or stolen items.

Expedited or Express Deliveries will be at the customer's expense and can be chosen at checkout, rate will be determined by UPS and shown at checkout. Free shipping orders can be shipped UPS Ground Saver, Fedex Economy, or USPS, if you need a guaranteed delivery please choose and pay for an upgraded shipping method. Shipping of all orders is subject to verification for security purposes. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO/FPO addresses. All PO, APO/FPO and Canada addresses will be shipped via regular US Postal Service. For deliveries outside the US, customer will pay all shipping fees and duties with DHL. All customs and tax charges for shipments made to Canada will be paid by the customer. Rates for International orders from Europe and Asia are shipped by DHL Worldwide, with rates determined at checkout. There may be a handling fee for these orders.
