You may return any unused items within 14 days after the shipping date only with prior authorization, call 212-362-5400 to obtain a return authorization. Items should have all original labels attached as well as all accessories e.g. straps, dust bags, cases that were originally shipped with item and be in unused, resellable condition. We ship by UPS Ground (no signature required) unless requested otherwise, once an item is shipped and proof of delivery has been issued we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at the customer's location. 

All returns require a Returned Authorization number, we will not accept a return without a RA number. To request an RA number, you can call us at: 212-362-5400

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a credit within a week to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (less the shipping and handling charges). If order was shipped with promotional free shipping, the original shipping fee will be collected in addition to any return shipping charges. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method. If we provide you with a return label, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the final refund amount. All large multi-piece orders will be shipped with full insured value and insurance costs will be deducted from refunds on returns. 

Sale items, evening bags, and jewelry, are final sale and can not be returned for a refund.

Disclaimer of RESTOCKING FEES:

Returns that we receive 21 days or more after the shipping date will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the retail price of the item. We will accept no returns for any reason after 30 days. Any orders over $600 that are returned will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from original purchase price.

Orders placed at the brick-and-mortar retail store "Big Bag" are subject to the return policy at the store location.
