U.S. Orders

Return Eligibility

• Within 14 days of the shipping date: Eligible, unused items may be returned with prior authorization and no restocking fee.
• 15–29 days after the shipping date: Returns may be accepted with prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee based on the item's retail price.
• 30 days or more after the shipping date: No returns will be accepted.

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To request a Return Authorization, email bigbagstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Discounted or promotional-price items
• Evening bags
• Jewelry
• International orders

Refunds & Return Shipping

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and processed.
• Refunds are based on the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges.
• If your order included promotional free shipping, the original shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please use a prepaid, insured, and trackable shipping service. Big Bag NY is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Orders Over $800

Returned orders over $800 are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the original purchase price. For large, multi-piece orders, insurance costs may also be deducted from the refund.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made at our Big Bag retail store are subject to the store's return policy. Please contact the store directly for details.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees charged by their local authorities. Big Bag NY does not refund or reimburse these charges. 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped via UPS, unless another shipping method is requested.

Once a package has been delivered and proof of delivery is available, Big Bag NY is not responsible for items that are subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged at the delivery location
